On ST.com, a bunch of us got together and wrote a little something for Christmas time...

So may I present to you,

The 12 Days of Star Trek. After this, someone can pick a new Christmas carol and we can all ST-fy it, and so on and so forth.

Long post warning! :P

On the first day of Christmas, my true love gave to me...
A starship in a black hole!

On the 2nd day of Christmas, my true love gave to me...
2 birds-of-prey,

On the 3rd day of Christmas, my true love gave to me...

Hehehe... thanks, guys.

If I remeber correctly, I was responsible for 3 warp cores breaching, 5 transwarp hubs, 10 replicators, and of course, 12 'shippers squealing.

Now, what's next?

"Jingle bells...

burnt post roast smells"?

Warping towards home
With a starship for a sleigh
Away from stew we run
Gagging all the way
(Gag! Gag! Gag!)
A Borg cube we see
Causing bright red light
Oh what fun to run away
From assimilation's fright!

(...erm, ran out of gas here. Help anyone? )

Burnt pot roast smells,

Okay, we'll take a break from Jingle Bells for a minute, and all the J/Cers in the vicinity can gather round for the bett4r version of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer... :3

There was Picard and Crusher,
Riker and Troi.
Paris and Torres,
Worf and Dax.
But do you recall...
The most famous Trek 'ship of all...

Ja-aneway and Chakotay,
If they only had just kissed!
We-e, the poor, dear audience,
All this pain we could have missed.
It's really quite unnerving,
Since they make such a cute pair.
Why didn't wedding bells ring?
How could no producer care!?

Then one gloomy writing night,
Braga came to say,
"I've got an idea, that's right!
Seven, Chakotay, they'll kiss tonight!"

But that 'ship's not here to stay!
One day everyone will see...
Ja-aneway and Chakotay,
THIS IS HOW THINGS SHOULD JUST BE!

*takes a bow* :P

Daaata the android!
Likes to sing about his cat!
But the crew gets just a little bored,
And would rather...

...*thinks*

And would rather... be crushed flat!
