In FFXI summons are referred to as... Avatars. Kinda ironic, huh?

Isn't it expensive to play FFXI online?

Anyway, as your avatar, definately an Aeon. (And that's what I will call them. And there's nothing you can do about it. )

I'd suggest RDM but only because those are Robert Duncan McNeil's initials.

Is that even possible?

It might be possible, but it would still be a huge poll!

I think either the levithan or the PLD are my favorites.

Even though it's Final Fantasy, I have to admit some of those are pretty cool. Okay, let's see...

Leviathan or Carbuncle, because Carbuncle looks cool and....I dunno why Leviathan. It's just kinda sweet-looking. (By that I mean cool, not ....bleh. I didn't get much sleep last night.)

Are they really? Personally, I think they should just stick with Espers and never change the name again. X_x GF's... Aeons... Avatars... too confusing. And then when you only use one term, nobody knows what you're talking about. x_X

You do know that there were summons before Espers right? Rydia was pretty happy with her "Summons" Although with the crazy FF english number scheme, I may have mixed the two up.

FF6 wasn't good anyways...

It looks like leviathan won out. I'll make up a new avatar with him in the morning. Yes it's him, not it. He talks in FFXI, and it's a guy. Carbuncle is male too.

Wasn't that the one with Kefka and the castle that can travel under the sand? I only ever played it on an emulator. I thought it was good too. Very good.

I just didn't like it. I guess I'm weird.

anyways, my new Leviathan avatar is up. I hope that you all like it. I changed the border from the original, but only because with the 100x100 limit on these boards, I can't use the orginal 111x80 sized avatar. Don't ask me why it's that size, I don't know, it just is.

Yes and yes. And so did I, for both of the things you said there. XP

I just noticed this post ^^;

It's $15 American, which can be random amounts Canadian. Sometimes I think they charge me extra to see if I'm paying attention. I think it's worth it though, It's a very complex world with a deep story. If you can get to rank 5 (you need to be about level 30 to do it with high level help, that can take 2 weeks to 8 months) things get very cool. I won't ruin the story in case someone here eventually joins, but it's very sad.

The job class also let's you customize your character to no end. With 15 jobs and the subjob option that gives you... 210 possible job combinations. I usually play Black Mage/White Mage, or Black Mage/Summoner. The 15 jobs are:

-Black Mage (BLM)
-White Mage (WHM)
-Red Mage (RDM)
-Monk (MNK)
-Warrior (WAR)
-Theif (THF)
-Paladin (PLD)
-Dark Knight (DRK)
-Bard (BRD)
-Summoner (SMN)
-Beast Master (BST)
-Ranger (RNG)
-Samurai (SAM)
-Ninja (NIN)
-Dragoon (DRG)

so you can see all the availabilities. So go buy it! Then tell me before you register so I can get you onto my server. I think the European release date is comming up soon anyways...

Day-um... Now I want to buy it, but I have a feeling the only times I'd really have time to play is during summer or breaks... since school's starting and all. X_x
