I don't know if this qualifies as a one-liner, really, but while we're on the subject:
The last decent thing written in C was Schubert's Unfinished Symphony. The thing is, it starts in B minor, but said composer switched keys so often there is bound to be some C within.

Thanks, mudshark. I should have done more research, but the one-liner just isn't the same with Schubert's Ninth.
