[color=#000000ost_uid0]I have to agree. The original gold cased [iost_uid0]Legend of Zelda[/iost_uid0] for the NES was superb. I still play it from time to time.

[iost_uid0]Legend of Zelda II[/iost_uid0] (silver cased) was also good, but I prefer the first more.

I never had a console system other than the original NES, so I can't speak of the other Zeldas.[/colorost_uid0]

Why? (If you don't know...) The gun for Duck Hunt was extremely primative; it could only detect vast contrasts in colors -- like black and white. So when the trigger is pulled, for a split second everything on the screen becomes either black or white. If you hit white, you score -- no matter what.[/colorost_uid0]
